• We show up on time unless something prevents that from happening and then we call you to let you know. 

• We do not believe in high pressure sales so you can be assured that no one will be standing in your home badgering you.

• Once we agree to the job and the price we require a 20% deposit. The balance is due after you have seen and approve the work. If there is an objection we ask you to tell the technician what isn’t acceptable so we can correct it. That does not include changing the finish you chose. This takes place while the technician is at the job site. 

• We apply the best finishes available to provide the finest result possible. We do this with the best equipment and techniques we can find and use.

• We do our best to not inconvenience you by minimizing any objectionable odors and dust that we create during the process of refinishing. We do not create extra cleaning for you. We isolate the area where the work is being done and use exhaust fans to vent the odors and dust outside.

• We do our best to not inconvenience you by completing the job in the time scheduled.

• We guarantee our work.

• When the work is done we clean up after ourselves.
